At TecBA, I am responsible for resolving support cases related to the miBA application, managing and administering user accounts on Oracle databases, and ensuring data integrity through database sanitization and maintenance. My tasks also include executing queries and validations via Postman to verify user data, contributing to the stability and reliability of internal systems.
